1. Accepting these terms

By using MayWell, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location if higher, to create an account or purchase a subscription.

2. Wellness disclaimer

MayWell provides educational wellness guidance and personalized plan content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional.

If you have acute pain, a medical emergency, or questions about a condition, medication, or treatment plan, contact a qualified clinician promptly.

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. The information you provide to us should be accurate and kept up to date.

We may suspend or close accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, used in violation of these terms, or used to access the service in a way that creates security or operational risk.

4. Plans, billing, and automatic renewal

Paid MayWell plans are sold through Stripe-hosted Checkout. The billing interval, renewal amount, and any introductory pricing are shown before you confirm payment.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Renewal timing and amount are tied to the Stripe price for the plan you select at checkout.
• Taxes, where applicable, are calculated by Stripe at checkout.
• We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.

If app copy and checkout copy ever conflict, the Stripe Checkout details shown before payment control for billing amount and cadence.

5. Cancellation and subscription policy

You can cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date by contacting support@may-well.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not reverse charges already processed, except where required by law or under any applicable guarantee communicated at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. That includes attempting to:

• interfere with the availability, security, or performance of MayWell;
• access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except where law expressly allows it;
• submit unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content; or
• use MayWell in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

7. Intellectual property

MayWell, including its branding, content, design, plan structure, software, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to MayWell and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for your personal use in accordance with these terms.

8. Service availability and changes

We may update features, pricing, and plan structure from time to time. We may also suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure or payment provider outages.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MayWell is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will meet every personal expectation or health outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MayWell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the updated terms.
