Subscription Policy
This page explains how recurring billing, cancellation, access, and subscription support work for MayWell plans purchased through Stripe Checkout.
1. Subscription overview
MayWell subscriptions provide access to your personal plan and the lessons included with your purchase for the billing period attached to that plan.
Plan details, pricing, and billing frequency are shown during checkout before you confirm the purchase.
2. Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the current billing period unless they are canceled before the next renewal date.
By completing checkout, you authorize MayWell and its payment provider to charge the payment method on file for future renewals based on the plan you selected.
3. Cancellation
You can request cancellation at any time by contacting support@may-well.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not retroactively cancel charges that have already been processed for the current billing period.
4. Access and failed payments
Access remains active through the paid billing period unless the subscription is revoked for fraud, abuse, or a payment issue that prevents the subscription from being maintained.
If a renewal payment fails, MayWell may retry the charge through Stripe and suspend access if the subscription is not brought back into good standing.
